1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ShelfyCart service. By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

ShelfyCart is a cloud-based inventory management and POS system that provides the following features:

• Inventory management and tracking
• Point of Sale (POS) functionality
• Webshop integration
• User and permission management

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use the service. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Take responsibility for activities conducted through your account

4. Subscription Plans

The service is available in different subscription plans:

• Payment is made monthly or annually in advance
• Prices include VAT
• The service may be suspended for late payment

6. Termination

The subscription can be terminated at any time:

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• The provider may terminate immediately in case of serious breach

7. Limitation of Liability

The provider excludes liability for data loss, business damages, and service outages, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The provider's aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

The ShelfyCart name, logo, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of Falco-Eye Kft. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

The parties are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and the use of the service are governed by Hungarian law.
